Event Support Staff

We are seeking reliable professional and customer-focused Event Support Staff to assist with a variety of events including conventions trade shows sporting events concerts and entertainment venues. This role includes directional staff luggage handlers ushers and convention attendants who ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining organized and efficient event operations. 

Responsibilities: 

Provide directional assistance and guest support Serve as ushers (greeting ticket scanning seating assistance) Assist with luggage handling and event load-in/load-out Support convention operations including registration and badge distribution Maintain crowd flow safety and a positive guest experience 

Qualifications: 

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (as needed) Flexible availability including nights and weekends Event or hospitality experience preferred Professional appearance and reliability required.
