We are seeking reliable professional and customer-focused Event Support Staff to assist with a variety of events including conventions trade shows sporting events concerts and entertainment venues. The roles includes directional staff luggage handlers ushers and convention attendants who ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining organized and efficient event operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide directional assistance and guest support

Serve as ushers (greeting ticket scanning seating assistance)

Assist with luggage handling and event load-in/load-out

Support convention operations including registration and badge distribution

Maintain crowd flow safety and a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods

Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Event or hospitality experience preferred

Professional appearance and reliability required.
