Job Description: Associate Fulfillment

Sunday-Thursday 8am-430pm

Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Associate Fulfillment team members to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. The Associate Fulfillment position is responsible for processing customer orders picking and packing products preparing shipments and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable performing various warehouse duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick and process customer orders accurately according to order specifications.

• Pack label and prepare products for shipment.

• Receive unload inspect and put away incoming merchandise.

• Verify product quantities and inspect items for accuracy and quality.

• Sort stage and organize products for outbound shipments.

• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies or damaged merchandise.

• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Perform additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous warehouse distribution order fulfillment or material-handling experience preferred.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer and RF scanner skills preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Frequent bending reaching lifting and moving merchandise.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Work Environment:

• Distribution center / warehouse environment.

• Fast-paced operation with daily production and fulfillment goals.

• Must follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
