QA/QC Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies conducting shipping inspections and performing assembly audits in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct shipping inspections to verify product accuracy condition packaging and readiness for shipment.

• Perform assembly audits to identify defects inconsistencies and areas requiring corrective action.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings work instructions and quality documentation.

• Identify document and report quality issues defects and nonconformances.

• Verify that products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports as needed.

• Communicate inspection findings and work with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of quality assurance or quality control inspection experience.

• Experience inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies is required.

• Experience performing shipping inspections and assembly audits is required.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications and work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand walk and perform inspections throughout the workday.
