FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MECHANIC WITH HVAC CERTIFICATION
PAY RATE $22.54hr. Will work (4/10) Monday -Thursday- 7am to 6pm / Friday-Sunday OFF DAYS
Job Description:
Preform a variety of skilled work in maintenance repair alteration appliances equipment and fixtures in several of the building trades but not limited to the areas of heating and air conditioning (HVAC) carpentry electrical painting plumbing and construction.
Complete repairs for turn units in a timely manner.
Maintain and repair building by preforming skilled carpentry electrical and plumbing heating air conditioning and related maintenance repair work.
Install maintain repair replace trouble-soot and diagnose gas and electrical heating systems air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Perform carpentry duties such as installing remodeling repairing and replacing a variety of facility components such as counters tables desks bookshelves cabinets partitions walls windows glass screens shades drapes curtain rods doors trim baseboards door casing door jams stripping caulking and all related repairs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5yrs experience in trades for building/facility maintenance or construction.
High School or GED.
HVAC Certified
