We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Crack Seal Operators. This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy working outdoors. No prior experience with crack seal machinery is required—full training will be provided.

3 to 6 month project.

Must be willing to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing pavement cracks using cleaning tools and equipment.

• Help apply rubberized crack sealant to asphalt and concrete surfaces.

• Set up and clean up work zones and equipment each day.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean safe work environment.

• Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training is provided.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Physically able to lift bend and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to follow directions and learn new skills.

• Valid AZ driver’s license required and must provide clean 39 month DMV report

• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
