AutoStore Fulfillment Warehouse Associate
Job Title: Fulfillment Warehouse / Fulfillment
Job Summary
The Fulfillment Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment operations in a fast-paced technology-driven environment. Associates will work with an AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system to efficiently pick pack process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
This position requires strong attention to detail reliability and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate within an automated fulfillment environment utilizing AutoStore technology.
Pick and retrieve products accurately based on customer orders.
Pack customer orders according to company specifications.
Scan products using RF scanners or other warehouse technology.
Verify item numbers quantities and order information for accuracy.
Sort label and prepare completed orders for shipment.
Replenish inventory and place products in designated locations as needed.
Assist with receiving put-away inventory movement and general warehouse activities.
Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies to leadership.
Follow established productivity quality and safety standards.
Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
Work effectively as part of a team in a high-volume fulfillment operation.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor or onsite lead.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Ability to frequently bend reach squat and lift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be comfortable working around automated warehouse equipment and conveyor systems.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse fulfillment distribution or e-commerce experience preferred.
Experience with RF scanners WMS or automated warehouse systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be safety-conscious and follow all warehouse procedures.
