Job Title: Onsite Warehouse Lead – E-Commerce
Location: North Las Vegas NV
Schedule:1st and 2nd shift
Position Summary
The Onsite Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations of an e-commerce distribution warehouse. This position provides hands-on leadership to warehouse associates helps maintain productivity and quality standards and serves as a key point of contact between warehouse employees management and the staffing team.
The ideal candidate is a dependable and hands-on leader with warehouse experience who can effectively communicate expectations resolve day-to-day issues and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide daily direction and support to warehouse associates on the production floor.
Assist with coordinating staffing assignments and daily workflow based on operational needs.
Monitor employee attendance punctuality productivity and overall performance.
Ensure associates understand and follow company policies safety procedures and work instructions.
Support daily e-commerce operations including receiving picking packing shipping returns and inventory activities.
Monitor order accuracy productivity and quality standards.
Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse associates.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees regarding attendance performance safety and workplace expectations.
Communicate staffing concerns attendance issues performance concerns and employee questions to the appropriate management or staffing representative.
Help maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.
Assist supervisors and management with daily operational needs and special projects.
Help identify workflow issues and communicate opportunities for improvement.
Assist with resolving employee questions and minor workplace concerns in a professional manner.
Complete or assist with daily reports staffing updates productivity information and other required documentation.
Support peak-season volume increases and changing operational priorities.
Perform other warehouse or leadership duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1–2 years of warehouse distribution fulfillment or e-commerce experience preferred.
Previous lead trainer coordinator or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond quickly to changing business needs.
Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
Experience with WMS RF scanners inventory systems or e-commerce fulfillment systems is a plus.
Ability to stand walk bend reach and work on the warehouse floor for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required by the operation.
Must be dependable punctual professional and safety-conscious.
