Manufacturing Operator – This hands-on position plays a key role in keeping our production operations running smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for everything from preparing packaging materials and wrapping pallets to operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a fast-paced 24/7 industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Operate essential production equipment including palletizers packers and forklifts
Remove finished product from the line apply shrink wrap labels and lot codes
Supply production line with necessary materials: pallets bags wrapping supplies
Inspect and prepare packaging materials for production runs
Perform forklift inspections and operate heavy machinery such as water trucks
Maintain a clean and organized workspace including raw material hoppers
Communicate effectively with incoming/outgoing shifts to ensure smooth transitions
Hand-stack 40–50 lb bags for rework or regular production as needed
Support warehouse operations by loading/unloading trucks and managing inventory
Assist in cycle counts and system transactions in SAP for raw and finished goods
Comply with food safety programs and internal controls
Report equipment defects and complete incident reports as necessary
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year experience as a Manufacturing Operator or in a lead role
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant setting
Strong focus on safety and ability to follow procedures
Willingness to work in a 24-hour continuous process environment
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Customer service mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in food safety/GMP environments
Familiarity with SAP Microsoft Office and other digital tools
Forklift certification and/or heavy equipment experience
