Machine Operator Level 2

Schedule: Weekend Shift –Friday–Sunday 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (36-hour shift paid for 40 hours)
Starting Pay: $18/HR

About the Role:
Join our fast-paced production team as a Pack-Smart Operator! You’ll support machine operations troubleshoot and lead a small team to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined who thrives in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and troubleshoot Pack-Smart machinery safely and efficiently

• Train and guide general operators leading a team of 4+

• Set up machines and work areas independently

• Audit work for quality safety and production standards

• Read and analyze production data and paperwork

• Make mechanical adjustments and camera settings as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years in manufacturing preferably on complex machinery

• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Excel and computer systems

• Strong communication organization and team leadership skills

Physical Requirements:

• Stand walk lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks

• Good vision and ability to use hands for fine manipulation
